You can even buy more followers which is a tad ridiculous. Many of these guides suggest that one should follow the same number of people that follow you. If a twitter user actually reads or follows what people tweet, surely it's impractical to follow more than 100 active users? Hell, even when following 100 people it's difficult to keep up!

Re: Part 1: SEO tips on things to do for your website
very solid SEO tips given in this article.
Big thumbs-up to the author!

Re: Common writing mistakes

I think simple and state forward writing is always encourage by readers and they can understand well, and when you understand what you want to say then obviously they will visit back. As you said, there are several pros which internet marking can bring to the table. I especially appreciate the fact that you can run a business, right at the comfort of your own home. Of course, you need to plan a business strategy first and understand the nature and trends of the internet industry. Doing market research can help determine which services would be best for your target clients.
Re: Digital Marketing Training in Mexico City

Congratulations to all our friends in Mexico south from your fellow IC's of Mexico North that we had the chance to have Francois Muscat with us as Well
Happy trip to CanCun Frnacois and Mariana

Re: Part 1: Social Media Mobile

WOW....ten points too GUILDEM!!!! Well said dude!!

Its very refreshing to read a post that cuts through the whole preconceived SN Business Buzz (or should that be B.S.....nah this is a professional site so i'll keep it cordial :) The whole hype about SN and how its the next big thing and how we all gonna be rich from a FB page is near nauseating.

You have eloquently pointed out the life stages of this phenomena we call SN, and that it's actually gonna be a while before we truly realise the BUSINESS value of this new media. I am so in the same head space as you that now is the time to be creating, cleaning or developing your Data bases for future economic value through the use of SN. Because currently the people who are just rushing out to set up a FB page and hoping the millions will come falling on their laps are sorely mistaken......

So my answer to the proverbial over-eagerly asked question of “whats the next big thing?” is simply........have u even understood and/or mastered the CURRENT big thing.....for if you think what we got now is cool and complicated...then maybe u just ahead of your REALITY..

Baby steps people.......baby steps.....

JMHO
ICE
Re: Online Reputation: Check to see if you are offending your online customers

Good overview!
Reputation management is very necessary to all internet marketers. As such, we will definitely see a rise in platforms such as mobile; I believe this will have a big impact in related services such as advertising, geo-localization and coupon services (ie. Groupon), gaming... However, I still see some challenges ahead in an immediate future such as slow adoption/credibility of consumers other than social media apps, smart phone adoption and data plans, platform fragmentation that will continue to impact apps& services development… Now, having said that, I believe we are in a phase of setting up the bases; once a bit more mature, revenues derived from mobile devices/platforms/services will definitely become a solid key element of companie´s Marketing mix. Now is the moment to implement plans and get ready!

Re: 5 tips that make a good website a great website

Lovely article!
